Great bike after you do a maintance on it and replaced/repaired a couple of things.looks like it need a tire, a chain, and a seat besides a cleaning and re greasing necessary parts. And looks like need the tire replaced on the back, inner and outer tube if I’m not mistaking.

All these are minor things to fix or replace, with a bit of effort you can make this a great bike agaIn for relatively low cost vs it’s value. Frames , wheels seems to be in great shape, see pictures for more detail.
