Platform pedals are ideal for riders who prefer the freedom to wear standard shoes when riding, rather than clipping in. The pins provide extra grip to prevent your shoe slipping off, and the large surface area ensures you get a good grip every time. If your parcel was delivered to your premises and left in a safe place, and you have any issues locating the parcel, please contact Australia Post support for assistance, as they will have a photograph of the parcel in position on record. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Buying from outside Australia? We ship internationally too, using Australia Post Standard International Service with tracking. Please note that the postage charge does not include Customs fees that may be incurred once the parcel enters Customs. Any fees that are charged by Customs are the responsibility of the buyer to cover, and completely outside of our control. Please take this into account when purchasing from overseas. RETURNS We accept returns up to 30 days after date of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new saleable condition. Return postage will be paid by the buyer in the cases of wrong size, change of mind, ordered the wrong item etc. LOCAL PICK-UP Local pick-up is available from our store in Heidelberg Heights, VIC. This can be arranged after payment is made, and will be available for collection after 1 business day.
